The existing web platform offered valuable insights. While some users appreciated the Hellosign integration for agreements, many found it clunky and disruptive, desiring a seamless in-app experience.
The profile management section also needed a complete overhaul, and the overall user interface (UI) required a refresh to address user pain points.

I proposed a more welcoming approach, allowing users to explore the app and its features before diving into KYC when they're ready to invest. Additionally, the app was presenting investment options repeatedly, creating unnecessary confusion.
